Step 1: Application

Stand out from the thousands of applicants we receive daily. It is essential that you complete the application form accurately so we can get to know you. Remember to follow the specified steps. Below are some helpful tips to ensure your profile is complete and impressive:

• Curriculum Vitae: Remember that it must be in English. Always upload the original file in Word or PDF format. It is essential that you detail your work experience and educational background. You may also include your skills and career expectations.
• Diplomas and Certificates: Ensure that they are clear and complete. The more diplomas you attach in this section, the stronger your profile will be. You may combine them into a single PDF file for easier submission.

Step 2: Interview

Congratulations! We were impressed by your profile and would like to get to know you better.

If you meet the necessary requirements, we will send you an email inviting you to a virtual interview.

During your initial interview, you will receive detailed information about the job offer, and we will provide you with instructions to complete an online practical assessment.

To ensure a smooth interview experience, please make sure to:

• Have a stable internet connection. It is important to test your audio and video devices, lighting, and network connection prior to the interview.
• Maintain a positive attitude. Your demeanor will be a key factor in our assessment. You will be asked to give a brief personal presentation in English.
• Feel free to ask any questions. We understand that this is a significant step, and we want to provide you with all the information you need to make an informed decision!

If your profile is selected by our Recruiting Team, we will contact you for a second interview with the Management team, where we will provide you with the necessary information and documentation required before commencing your training with London Wellness Academy to assume your onboard position.

Welcome to the World of Onboard Wellness.

We are delighted to have you join us as we equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary for a successful career at sea.

Before embarking on your journey, OneSpaWorld will ensure that you have all the tools you need to make your contract a rewarding and productive experience. You will complete your training at one of our London Wellness Academy locations, where you will learn about the services we offer onboard and the incredible products we work with. You will also earn an INTERNATIONAL certification!
