The salary compensation you'll receive is structured based on commissions for services and sales made and individual tips of 15% to 18%, which are linked to individual performance.
The Company offers a guaranteed minimum of 800 USD, which will be paid only if tips and commissions do not reach that amount in a given month. It's important to note that this guaranteed minimum does not constitute a basic salary.
